    The construction sector is going through a major shift regarding various criterias:

    September 27-29th: Impulse Labs, in partnership with the USH, animated the "startup village" at the Social Housing congress

    Impulse Labs a accueilli 23 start-up sur son stand pendant les 3 jours du congrès HLM. Ce village des start-up a débordé de visiteurs, notamment de bailleurs sociaux désireux de découvrir ces innovations concernant les sujets clés du logement social (gestion locative, performance énergétique, numérique, lien social…). Impulse Labs a organisé de nombreux événements sur cet espace, notamment pour mettre en avant des expérimentations mises en place par des bailleurs sociaux avec des start-up.

    June, 6th: meeting between social landlords and innovative startup in the Impulse Partners incubator

    About ten social landlords gathered this Monday, June 6th, in the social housing Impulse's incubator. The meeting began with an introduction by Pierre-François Gouiffès (SNI's head of digital operations) and Thomas Le Diouron (Impulse Partners' founder). Management professor Albert David made an intervention about barriers to innovation and the benefits obtained by innovation. Then, 6 startups (Chouette Copro, Epok, Qivivo, Q-bot, Cobject, Bim in motion) pitched and presented scenario of joint experiments with social landlords regarding various subject: rental management, renovation, wealth management, decrease in tenants' charges etc.

    May, 12th: visiting a work site of renovation in occupied site organised by Impulse Labs and Syrthea

    Syrthea, startup member of Impulse Labs, realized at this time an intern and extern renovation of the La Pince building, in Saint Paul Lès Dax, for Landes' HLM office. Syrthea has developed an innovative external isulation skill from prefabricated wood panels, and opened his first work site for visitor : Bouygues Construction, Veolia, Leon Grosse and many social housing clients were able to discover this new renovation process.

    February, 11st: Social Housing now has its startup incubator in France

    Impulse Labs and the "ESH Federation" (social landlords) have launched an initiative aiming at accelerating the development of innovations in Social Housing. This innovation accelerator is based on linking startup with housing professionals and social landlords. The launching event has gathered all of these actors for a day of discussions about future experimentations and collaborations.
